Unlocking Local Potential into 1,000+ Change Agents

Through a Design Thinking approach and mobile training model, Innovesia supported local communities in Tulang Bawang Barat to identify challenges, explore untapped local potential, and transform their insights into actionable innovation. The program brought innovation learning closer to the community, enabling participants to understand problems from their own context and develop solutions that were relevant to local needs.

From agriculture to rural systems, communities were encouraged to create locally driven solutions that could strengthen productivity, improve daily processes, and support village development. This initiative demonstrated that innovation is not limited to urban centers or large institutions, but can emerge from any context when local insight, capability, and collaboration are activated.
