PT Bukit Asam - Co-Creating Innovation for Energy Transition
Innovesia supported PT Bukit Asam in strengthening its contribution to the G20 agenda on sustainable energy transition and circular economy through a collaborative Mini Innovation Workshop with key stakeholders. By applying Design Thinking and Nominal Group Technique, Innovesia helped participants transform strategic discussions into actionable innovation concepts around carbon reduction, post-mining land use, and community empowerment.
In support of the G20 agenda on sustainable energy transition and circular economy, Innovesia helped PT Bukit Asam design and facilitate a collaborative Mini Innovation Workshop that brought together key stakeholders to generate fast, relevant, and solution-oriented ideas.
Using Design Thinking and Nominal Group Technique, Innovesia guided participants through a structured process of identifying insights, prioritizing challenges, developing ideas, and translating them into implementable solutions around carbon reduction, post-mining land use, and community empowerment.
Through this collaborative approach, the workshop enabled PT Bukit Asam to move beyond discussion and create innovation concepts that aligned with the company’s role in supporting energy transition, circular economy, and multi-stakeholder integration.
